Thanks Curtis. Tyler's car was painted by a friend of ours. He used a gloss black paint with a flattener added. I think it was similar to the black specs for the GSX hood. The 70 car is a little flatter than the hood on the GSX.
I don't know what happend to the picts but try this scrol down http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=141342 I did the body work and had it shot. thanks Riv
Here's my 67 in flat black primer with red oxide primer flames. Disregard the bright yellow passenger fender. The first pic is with 84-85 GN/ T-type wheels. The second is with my Eagle Alloy 17's. -Josh

Steve / Josh and anyone else in FL... it would be cool to meet up again and see how many Buicks we can get parked together  I'll be there for sure and there are usually another bunch of guys too. Its a great show and worth the trip From the Old Town website - http://www.old-town.com/SpecialEvents.html "10/23: 32nd Annual B.O.P.C. Show 8:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. This show is an Old Town favorite. See 150 of the best examples of Buicks, Oldsmobiles, Pontiacs and Cadillacs. Pre-register at www.oldsclubofflorida.com or the day of the event at Old Town. Check out the photos on their web site of last years show." The direct link to the flyer and pre-register instructions is here http://www.oldsclubofflorida.com/documents/BOPC_Flyer10.pdf As we get closer I'll make a dedicated thread for it to catch the attention of anyone that is thinking about going
You know, my car used to be burgundy like John's 65. I"m not really a burgundy kinda guy so I sanded it down and did the gray primer. But the gray primer showed all the hand prints from when I was wrenching on it, so II redid it all black. I have another fender in the garage that I"m filling the antenna hole in and I patched the heel at the bottom of the fender. I'd really like to redo the primer and the flames, but it's not really a priority. I hope I'll be able to make it to the BOP carshow this year. Looking forward to it. -Josh
I think I might make the trip down for this one. I have a show in Valdosta the same weekend but this one sounds like more fun. Keep in touch as it gets closer so we can meet up. Steve
BOPC show in FL mentioned above has its own thread now http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=211241
