I was in Poughkeepsie putting gas in the car and getting food and we checked the website one last time and saw it was cancelled, really bummed but at the same time I really can use the extra sleep for work tonight:sleep:
I did'nt even make an attemp to go,have been burned to many times by poss rain.Must be really clear forecast for my to commit.Hope it gets moved later this year.
A little off topic but is anyone bringing any Rivieras or Sportwagons to the event? I am dying to see one in person, heck I've only ever seen less than a handfull of Skylarks in person Edit: can someone who has raced at lebanon confirm helmets are not required for 13.99 and slower cars? I don't have one and I really don't have the cash to buy one. I do have motorcycle helmets though.
Awesome! I am really excited, sure my numbers won't be great (really bummed my trans and rear won't be done) But I am most excited about seeing some Buicks and meeting some good people!
After the meet we are going to a car cruise at a Burger King in Brewster on Rt22 just north of RT 84 across from the Red Rooster.
