I was going through my garage today and felt like throwing this away but figured I'd give it one last chance. SBB Fan shroud (off a '66 with a 300 originally if it matters) bottom portion of the shroud is missing, and someone put a piece of metal across to help it hold its shape. I suppose it still work better than no shroud. o No: Anyways, free if you pick it up, otherwise just the cost of shipping. I'll give it a week or so if no interest I'm tossing it. (I can also get pictures if anyone is interested)
Those will actually work on a Nailhead-powered 65-66 GS if you turn it upside down, and cut about an inch off around the fan opening. If there isn't too big of a section missing, the GS finger guard might cover the damaged area. How much is missing? BTW, I'm not in line. Just wanted to pass on the info.:TU:
hmmm good to know, well it's still free to anyone who wants it  I double check but I'd say at least 6-8" across the bottom, possibly more.
wkillsGS says it'll work on a 65-66 GS but I can't guarantee fit on anything but a '66 with a 300. I'll dig this out tomorrow and take some pictures (I can measure if it will help?). I have someone coming to look at some parts so it'll give me an excuse to back my wife's car out of the garage and make some noise.
65 uses two different radiators for the small v8 300... shrouds, as far as I know, are not interchangeable: Downflow radiator has tanks on top/bottom. Cross flow radiator has the tanks on the sides, same as 1966. GS 401 and V6 each have their own specific shrouds. That said, there would be 4 different shrouds available for 1965 Special/Skylarks.
sorry it took so long for pictures, looks like more is missing than I'd remembered. Still free for the cost of shipping!
ugh i had a couple "days off" from work, but that means work at home according to my wife..... Also looking for a good sized box, might have to build one, to get your shipping.
