Just received new cables for my heater / AC. whats the best way to thread these though ? I was thinking of duct taping it to the old cable and puling it through. But i see the ends have a clip on them. Any other ideas ?

i replaced the cable. trying to using the existing cable to fish the new one thru didnt work well. So i simply removed old and re-routed new one. was relatively easy except i some how disconnect my speed. Getting that back on the tac was very diffifult with very little room to get arm in there.

I also was able to get all the heater controls and vents working. I saw one vacuum hose that went to the heater control and it had a very sharp bend in it and I think it used to not allow the ball vents from opening. All is now operational.
