Pulled the heads to fix the valve seal problem - was burning oil bad at stanton. I found out where all the little springs from the valve seals went - through the motor!!! Broke the motor down to inspect, polished the crank, and freshened the motor. Should be good to go now for next year, no last minute thrashing!
Ehhhh, plagued with stupid little things.. fixed them. but 11.92 was my best.. Still VERY happy with that.. I'll be ready for next year... I might go to Martin Saturday and run.. Not ready to put her away yet, while it's running so good. I want to beat that 11.89 now.. I'm already getting greedy. all I wanted was an 11.99 so bad. now that I got it- I WANT MORE !!!:laugh:
