Hi Glen, I'm on the East Coast but I might as well reach out to you . I'd take 6,000 for it for the roller. Shipping might be an issue though, being a non-running specialized vehicle. See my post: http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?292230-My-non-Buick-drag-car-for-sale-83-Monte-Carlo&highlight=
This car can be had for $4500.00US as a roller. I want the engine ( carb to oil pan) and headers. Previous owner ran 10.4's at 130mph with it set up as is. Car is located in Vancouver, BC and has registration. I registered it and drove it once on the street last year. Todd
I think you're on to something. But that one above looks like it would work for you, and it's not very far away.
Keep searching racing junk. The site is not very user friendly and takes some time to find what your looking for. I found my Regal roller there and paid 900.00 + a trip to KY to pick it up. Also been burned on parts with no recourse through RJ. Find that many sellers never respond to request for info.
4.10 12 bolt spool rear end, strange axles. Turbo 400 with 4500 stall. Afco aluminum radiator. Car was painted approximately 15 years ago, some rust on rear lower section of quarters. Small dent on passenger quarter panel end section.
I will sell my yellow 73 as a roller if u r interested. Moser 9' rear roll cage H & R rear susp. TH400 All set up. I think you have seen it. It is kind of hard to miss. $8000 OBO Scotty Racing Motor separate if needed.

Hi Glen, Glad to hear your daughter is ok, sorry to hear that the Opel is not. Where were you guys racing? Is anything salvagable from the Opel? MarkO
