The trend of downsizing car engines become hilarious - you could find mid-size Ford Mondeo (Fusion in US) with 1.0L engine in Europe or 1.4 Jeep... And now Ford continue the struggle - new Ford Explorer has 2.3L turbocharged engine. What do you think about all this guys? LOL.... I don't know about the discussion around decreased engine sizes to SUVs or such but I will say I had a 2.3 turbo in my '87 T-Bird turbo coupe (the longer style of bird like the 70's Monte) and it had NO problem moving that mass of metal. Mark

My uncle had one of these and as a kid he took me for a ride in it and put a dollar on the dash-board and told me if I could grab it I could keep it. Each time I reached for it he would hit the gas lol.... never got it.
