It's not Buick related, but I figured you guys might get a kick out of this.
Got my Blazer back on my buddy's dyno a couple months back...she laid down 825 rwhp and 899 rwtq. 370 cubic inches, 80 mm turbo, 23 psi boost, E85 fuel....drive it anywhere. :Brow:
I can't wait till the Skylark makes noises like this.

I have no clean runs yet but here is what I have so far. This is with a pretty much stock Buick 350 at about 200 rear wheel HP before boost and 450 HP at the wheels on boost. The converter was slipping big time and it blew a header gasket so we got out of it early.

Here it is on the street, the rattle is the windows as I have yet to add the new weatherstripping after paint... rebuilt the steering since then to and got it aligned:

And then here was the final run on this stocker engine before I was yanking it out to swap in a forged internal Buick 350. Set the rev limiter at 7500 and let her rip. Blew a head gasket and no real good numbers as the converter was slipping way too much. Swapping in a $1500 converter with the good engine this month.

Thanks, should be stout with the girdled block and billet crank etc.

I also love the LS engines too, have 3 6.0 engines here for my truck projects...

Watching that Blazer at full throttle scared me! Felt like I was standing 3 feet from a jet engine at full blast!

Pushed it outside for the first time in a long time, in order to clean up the shop a little.

    Turbo Mounting:

I was not able to find a drain flange mount of the design I wanted...so I built my own.

Started out with a hunk of bar stock

    Ended up with:

Burned a plate to the frame, with a mating bolted flange that will allow easy removal.

    Thanks!

I also got a new tool that should help this project immensely.

    Whirly Jig!

Finally got some work done on the Buick again.

Got the wastegates fitted up...which is a seemingly simple deal, but takes FOREVER when you're trying to make things as symmetrical as possible. Not to mention, working with sch 10 stainless is a total bish.

Small progress. Downpipes are done to the firewall.
