Hey Patrick. Funny you say that. We were walking around the grounds last year and Donny looks over and goes...."I think that's Patricks car. It looks just like his car." Would definitely love to meet up this year and I know Donny would love it too. I don't remember where we are staying this year. We were at the Holiday Inn last year but we have changed venue to a more happenin spot. Its not Redroof though I am pretty sure. See ya there!
Yes. It's Buick bodied or Buick powered. There was a Skylark making passes last year powered by a BBC if I remember correctly.
We will be a the Red Roof Inn, too. Wednesday afternoon through Saturday. Hope to be driving the red 68 like last year...
Hoping to fly in Friday. (Those of you who know the travails of my car, there is at least progress...)
I should be getting into BG by early afternoon wed, staying at the red roof. This year will be the 14th in a row, hoping its not the last Bryan
Playing phone tag with the shipper now. Both of the painters Bryan tried flaked out, so it still needs a paint job. I've got a couple of recommendations to look into here.
I spent a bit of time looking for the GSR class rules last night. http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?304893-2016-GSR-class-info I'm not sure where the rest of the classes are posted.
Awesome news, look forward to seeing you there. Jim and I are at the Candlewood again this year. Walking (or crawling) distance if needed, lol. Mike
Looks like i could enter the GSR class. I'm only running 10:80s so i assume most will have to wait for awhile for me But at least I fit the criteria
It's been 10 yrs since our Stage 1 was driven to BG. And even though it's not finished we plan to drive up Friday. Looking forward to some rest and Buick bliss. Glen
I'm going just don't know what if any Buicks I'll bring. Maybe the sporty maybe the Stage 1 project car? Just know I'm going.
cool I haven't been to the Nationals for about 5 years so it will be a nice reunion for me. here's me
Life has gotten in the way this year, so Don and I won't be making it to the Nats this year like we thought. Hopefully it will still be around next year and we can make the trip again. Best of luck to everyone and prayers for good weather.
I'm planning to bring the 455 Buick powered MGB-GT to the Nationals this year. ("MG-Roadmaster") Should be there Friday evening and Saturday. Jim
