I usually take that opportunity to remind her why she likes me spending time in the shop. I touch all of her decorations, start fixing stuff that doesn't need fixing and "be a bit much". Then I'm asked politely to return to the garage. Rinse and repeat.
Haha. I actually like craft beer, but my garage fridge stays stocked with Coors light and yuengling. The way my buddies (ok, and me too) put it down when we're out there, expensive beer would put me in the poor house!
Yuengling is big on the East coast, or any state that has someone smuggle a case or few in. Good looking shop, I'd be there all day too!
Yuengling is America's oldest brewery. The Rusty Hulk restoration was officially powered by Yuengling lager!
Tell your wife the refrigerator full of beer still gives you pleasure. Then run to the garage and lock the door.
Your shop looks a lot less cluttered than ours. My wife actually likes spending time out in our shop doing projects and working on her cars. She and I just did a major reorganization of the back of the shop and our storage barn (40X36). Shop is 40X68' with a separate room for things lawn and garden related. The rest is all for cars and related. She helps keep the shop fridge stocked, and helps with emptying it as well.
