Don't need the plastic piece, don't need the foams, just the metal parts, ala this:

Doesn't have to be pretty. Surface rust is okay. Some pitting is okay. Paint doesn't matter. Nor does sticker condition, or if it has the original filter. Just no dents, major dings, or bent snorkels. I just think it looks cool, and I can't find any on the net.

Show me what you guys got. I know it's not going to be cheap, but go easy on me, eh?

May have one what year model is your car/engine? There is a breather hose on the drivers side for 70-72, passenger side for 69

Shame. Ah well. I guess this thread is pointless then, unless someone else stumbled across who needs one.

    wheelz 'B' is for Buick.

Hey Mr Sony, In my 'collection' Im sure I have a nice, GS air cleaner dual snorkel base... I've used a similar setup on a motor that had a oversize Alt as well, I just used a longer belt, thus, moving the alt a lil further over to clear the snorkel. Well, it worked for me!

Lemono if you have interest in a GS air cleaner.

I'll post a picture of my air cleaner on my 350 and you can guestimate what the alternator position would be on your car...........

I'm afraid it's a no go on the ram air cleaner. It simply just wont fit. Passenger snorkel would hit the alternator and/or the bracket itself. Sucks. The bracket has to stay. My car being a G Body Regal that had a 231 and AC, I'd like to keep the AC. Box is still intact, as is all the interior controls, etc. I'm fine with the "normal" air cleaner, especially since now as far as factory equipment goes it's my only option.
