You have the car Ed, does it have cornering lights or not? https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...trical-switch+&+relay,turn+signal+switch,4832 If you are unsure, post a picture of one of the front corners of the car.
Hey Larry, I guess that is the question....... . I don't know what cornering lights are. I have parking lights. Was that an option?
I think cornering lights were an option on Riviera but not on GS400 cars. They would be located on the fender between the front of the wheel well and the bumper if you had 'em. I had the same question when I was looking for the same part at one time.
Cornering lights are not parking lights. Cornering lights are separate lights usually located in the fender or next to the headlight. When the turn signal is activated, they come on solid and stay on as long as the turn signals are flashing. They are meant to illuminate the way as you turn, so they are pretty bright. This is a picture of my 98 Riviera. The cornering light is the light closest to the wheel, next to the low beam headlight.
Hi Larry This is the only picture I have handy before disassembly. Pretty clear that as Stacey noted, there are no cornering lights on a 67 GS400. Thanks for posting the pic of your Riv.
