Trim, Emblems & Badges fastener posts (bolts) Fix Idea

Stole this 2 pics off the web only to show what post im talking about.
The ones in the PIC are not MIA .....mine are.

The posts that the nuts go on is broken MIA shot. Is there a Fix

I have a funny feeling that the posts may be white metal

Other thought is a JB Weld. My Crome is in real good condition.

 

I would try panel bond epoxy (3m8115) and glue a threaded stud on there before lighting up a hot spot on that chromed pot metal.

 

Cooking with no fire... So far I like this the best..
