Some parts have been more difficult to come across, and we have 3 weeks to get the car (reasonably) done for MCACN. Here is my current list of needs, and will update it as we find them, or need more. This is for a 72 Stage1 car Driveshaft and yoke (for 4 speed, not sure if the same length as TH400) 72 air cleaner foams Bumper jack Correct throttle return spring (I have several, but all wrong) Edited 11/5/18 to reflect current needs
I have the core support "X" braces Adam . Curved one right ?? If you had posted this 1 day ago I could have helped with a lot of the other stuff as I was at that garage . PM me .
I have a hood latch center support without the latch though. The one left in the picture. Needs to be blasted and painted it's yours for the cost of shipping. Also have the inner fender splash shields. Send a PM. if you would be interested.
PMs sent... Lou, I will check the assembly manual tomorrow for clarification on the curve. For some reason, I have it in my head that all 72's had the curved one.
On the latch support "stage2iron" posted, you would need the one with the grill studs, the other one is a 70 style
Here is where I got my hood insulation. You only use three pieces for the GS hood. I have to caution you, the gray material attached to the yellow insulation is very fragile so handle with care. The fit is very nice and they look great. Class-Tech-cars: http://kxhpn.wldpe.servertrust.com/product_p/5130565.htm

Thanks Richie. I believe what I am looking for is the board, as well. I'm not seeing the goofy cup washer/nut for it, though.
Cars has them. I have never gotten one so I do not know how good they are but here is the link http://www.oldbuickparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=8685
I am not sure if you have your battery cables yet, but 72 was the first year for the side post. No one carries them, but if you send the rubber block (without the cable) to M & H, they will make you the correct positive and negative cable.
I think Todd has the screws you are looking for. http://www.diecastmusclecars.com/buick_gs_restoration.htm
I purchased a set (battery cables) from them and they are very well made and fit perfect. http://www.wiringharness.com/
I bought all the electrical stuff from Todd Miller, thanks though. Several of the things on my list is available aftermarket. I'm going to knock out a few of them...thin the list down
