69-71 (?) GS Ram Air Cleaner Assembly

I am really just after the fiberglass portion of the air cleaner in good restorable condition for a 1969 GS, but I am willing to buy the whole thing if necessary.
I believe the fiberglass section is the same for 69-71. Correct me if I am wrong.
I know the steel portion is different, but mine is okay so I can accept something from other years.

I am just finishing up cleanup/restore of a complete 1971 unit. Let me know if it sounds like what youre looking for.

steel pieces dipped clean then zinc chromated.
fiberglass pieces lightly cleaned then media blasted. - no cracks or breaks.
everything given a coat of satin black rustoleum
vacuum motors still work. new vacuum hoses
new foams
new fb59 filter
new thermac valve

I will have it completed soon and will post pics

 

How about 300 bucks for the whole air cleaner. I am up in West-Palm. Bring your car I'd love to see it!

IIRC the 69 is different from the 70-1's.

Yup , breather tube on opposite side as 70.

 

My point is that the fiberglass part is all I really care about, which is identical for the three years.
.Metal part is different but I don't care -- already have good correct 69 metal part.

 

So why did they switch the breather tube location anyway?
