I've used that kit and it works great. You can take the decal and use it over the factory 70-77 console.

A well made kit, Not for the 67, I used some of their parts for my conversion.

Will this work with the neutral safty switch and reversing light switch at the steering column ?
    I plan a th350 to 2004r swap, floorshifter.

You might be a pioneer in that field. I have a buddy with a Skylark that has a 455 and T200-4R in it. I don't think the backup lights work correctly or the neutral start position. I think it starts in drive or park.

For the factory floor shift I created my own neutral start switch from a GN one by JB Welding it to the back plate of the factory one.

I found that kit after I purchased all the parts for my conversion TH350 to 200R4. The only part I needed is the indicator & shift plate which they said they didn't sell separately. I used all stock items however, I had to cut & weld the transmission shifter bracket to get enough offset for the cable end to clear the transmission pan. I kept the neutral safety switch & backup switch on the column. Neutral safety switch works correctly however, when I go to park the back-up lights will stay on unless I push the steering column collar to the right. I haven't tried to adjust it yet but I think it can be adjusted to work correctly.
