    Only 60 miles and was sold new where I live in 1970 he said

    Although it would be a shame to do so, it seems like a guy could part that car out for more money than he's asking for it.

    That a Chevy 4-speed,possibly from an earlier year. I would be interested in the rolling body.

    Are you calling it a Chevy trans because of the drivers side speedo? Its got studs on the shift forks, so yes its definitely earlier than the car.

    Trying to get aholdt of the guy the vin # is for the gs 350 4343 so that's a good start

    All of the visuals suggest it came out if a Chevy,definitely not out of another Buick. Probably something 69 or older. Hard to say without seeing numbers. It would require the same style linkage for the stud style forks. The 70-72 style levers have a larger slot cut in them,which is why they need the bolt style forks.
    That shifter bracket on the side suggests it is possibly out of a Camaro.

    The car is solid for its age extra trim engine is in pieces but all there interior needs work and 4 tub's of misc parts spoiler is nice hood and grills are nice console nice starter car
