nice and loaded rare power vents and even rarer headrests! https://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Buick...rentrq:50bb0f5e16d0a9e2a4ae76a6ff969134|iid:1
Yes prior to the 1969 models when headrests became mandatory, headrests were optional and very rarely ordered.
My ‘68 GS convertible has them. I’ve never seen ones like that Electra has, but that’s a deluxe interior, so maybe they were different. Patrick
I've seen plenty of the optional bucket seat style headrests but never like the ones on that Electra. They look cheesy aftermarket to me. Wouldn't stop me from buying that gorgeous car though if I could.
Does it look to anyone else like the bottom of the front bumper is bent? Look where the license plate goes.
Yes, there are a few issues with it and agree the solid blue interior doesn’t work as well with blue mist as sapphire but blue mist is so much richer than sapphire plus it’s not that it’s an objectionable combo and was a common combo. The option load on this car is impressive, possibly the mist I have seen in 49 years of living 67 Buick. I have a message in seeing which other options it may have
I didn't know that, thanks for the info. I guess, for me, some option boxes are better left unchecked, this being one of them.
I have seen it in a few enclosed cars over the years and one other convertible, it’s not as odd looking seeing it in person, I think it’s more not being used to seeing it.
