Purchased four years ago with 12,000 miles and brought back to life. New exhaust dual port master cylinder and booster with proportioning valve water pump and brakes including cylinders. Rebuilt original carburetor and driveshaft also rebuilt by Mr. driveshaft. This low miles beauty has been to Boston and back and Corona Outer Banks. A pleasure to drive and it turns heads everywhere it goes. Original paint needs work but no rust old Bondo. A true survivor. Asking 11,000 and well worth it. Highly optioned car. Wood steering wheel, console with floor shifter bucket seats, with headrests first year available. AM/FM stereo with AC Delco antenna booster, Factory mag wheels with all center caps intact, backseat seatbelts deluxe interior with power windows and 17 inch chrome air cleaner. Purchased from a collector in South Carolina who stored it for 25 years. 340 hp 465 foot pounds of torque and 140 mile an hour speedo. Comes with a lot of paperwork and copies of original title.

Is it black or blue? This seems to be a deal.. Must be a 401"/ST400?

    I think it is blue?

Another member spoke to the owner, the vehicle will need a paintjob, due to all those years under a cover and not being waxed. Also there a few areas of old bondo, where paint is cracking. Has the usual dry rotted bushings.

All were 425 cubes in '66 and yes, ST400.

It has A/C, just not visible, but the vents and everything that is visible in the pictures indicates that it does. The price is a bit tough for a body job, but if the buyer is lucky enough to get a few grand off then it might not be such a bad buy. It's got a good options load plus console and buckets, so it'd be a nice one all fixed up.

Marc the car is non A/C. All 66-67 Rivs had the center dash vent whether A/C or not. A/c cars had round vents at far left and right of dash and in the one pic we can see it is not there. nor is the big Evaporator box on firewall.

The color looks like midnight blue to me. Not very common in 66 but a nice color. Has a nice but incorrect GS air cleaner that is 1 year only and worth some jingle to someone in need. Best bet on that car would be to purchase without the intent of a paintjob. fix mechanically, drive and enjoy!

The exterior pictures were taken during a rare full solar eclipse.
