Long road to roadworthiness! I think it was 2008 when I bought it from PackerBacker. Paint pics and engine build were in 2009. Matching GS350 manual carb, engine, (Ford)transmission, distributor, rear end (3.23:1).
I got parts in buckets, finally got it driving! feels great.

"Twilight Blue Poly" I think is between Stratomist and Diplomat :) Looks like Diplomat is a shade or 2 darker. Thanks Gary, Tom, John!

Excellent Ted! Looks great. Sure hope to see it in person someday. The way you got that one is a dream compared to my '70 350 4-sp. Glad I'm not the only one crazy enough to re-do a 350 manual trans car.

Okay Ted, you clearly aren't lazy judging from what you accomplished on that bee-you-tea-full car, but you can't throw in that "After 41 Years" statement without a little backstory...

Great work, I would have to take something apart to be able to put it back together. Assembly of a bucket of parts puts you on a whole different level. Nice car.

That is a very valid point. If I tried that, it would end up like that Buster Keaton car that falls apart at the first bump.

PackerBacker had the car - he was the one that told me it had been inop since 1979. Not much else known.
A lot of help was required to get it back!
Next couple days look good. Thanks,
    Ted

My wipers on my 66 Wildcat stopped working, 250 miles from home in the rain.... aaaauugg. It was, well, interesting, to say the least.
