I wonder why person selling the Camaro can't install the starter? So simple in those cars. Maybe the 5 speed trans is causing an issue?
Ok I think this qualifies... What the? One of a kind. Classic ad. Turns heads. Yeah like someone's toothless fat ugly relative. ONLY 4500.00. What a steal... 5.7 olds 350 - came out of 1968 cutlass. Running EFI which is fully programmable. Runs strong. Cummings deisel turbo charger - came out of an 07. 350 auto trans. Fun driver. Truly one of a kind. Will get you around town no problem. Its a real eye catcher. Air shocks in the rear. New rear springs. New custom exhaust routed out of the passenger front fender. There is a cutout to route exhaust through the hood. Its under the hood scoop. New ball joints in the front and tierods. Will need an alignment. Front disc brake conversion done w/ large master cylinder. Rear still has drums. Tires are in great shape. Battery is good. New alum. radiator. Custom front bumper and grille, which was built for impact. Could possibly hurt another car. All glass is good and no cracks. Im sure I am forgeting stuff to mention here. I just don't drive it much anymore. Clean colorado title. Email if interested. https://cosprings.craigslist.org/cto/d/colorado-springs-1970-cutlass/7175958882.html
Way beyond weed. I would guess that is the work of someone 100 percent sober their entire life. Sure cleaned it up for the glamour shots. Love the leaves on the cowl.
Ouch on your insult to Colorado schools. My kids have done very well Thank You very much. Absolutely one of the best ads of all time. I had to post it word for word.
I haven’t tried to sell a four door Cutlass with a redneck-engineered nose, but I need to petition for membership in the Mullet Mafia. I don’t have a mullet (partly because my naturally curly hair looks like a shrub if it gets long-I tried in high school-, but also my wife is a hair stylist and hasn’t warmed to the idea yet) but I have other qualifications. I have owned two different running Trans Ams at the same time (his and hers ‘79s, both with T tops) and three parts cars, have had a Cavalier Z24 convertible, an ‘85 Silverado painted gold, a triple black ‘78 Coupe deVille, along with a $600 ‘68 GS400 with rattlecan paint, duct tape seat and M/T headers. I once bought a ‘76 Riviera for $200 and drove the hell out of it without even registering it. Once on a run into the dark woods of northwest Georgia, I told my friend ‘If we get pulled over, run! because the car’s not registered to me and we’ll be in more than $200 worth of trouble if we’re arrested.’ Currently I’m sitting on the bed of the ‘85 El Camino my dad bought new. (Lotsa history in this thing) listening to Kashmir, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, and Black Sabbath’s Heaven and Hell album. I also want to join ‘Black Lines Matter’ in the next few days. So what say the wizards? Patrick
Well, Patrick, one is not brought into or invited to the Mullet Mafia. One just "becomes" part of it, naturally, or shall I say it becomes a part of you. There is no leader (although we have picked out the one who started it to throw under the bus eventually if need be ), and there are no weekly meetings, although we do visit every day. It's a way of life, and a way of thinking, so I'd say to you: Look at the other members of the M.M., figure out if you're really on the same page as them, and follow the great Roxette's words of advice: You'll know if you are or aren't. Trust yourself.
This guy definitely is, and nobody had to tell him. Thanks to Jim (gs66) for sending this to me. He spotted it at the show in Deadwood he was just at, same owner rolling it this way since '83:
Well, I was looking this morning for Mustangs and Firebirds (sooooooo many choices) then this just jumped out at me. I've actually seen one in person. Business up front, party in the back. Marc "Just for reference, these trucks were not built by ASC, they were developed and built by Bob Kaiser and my father at a company called Professional Auto Crafters. Also, they were not commissioned by Ford but rather they were built as a privately funded short run and pitched to Ford as a third party conversion to be sold on Ford dealer lots. (very much the same as ASC did with the Mustang, Dakota, Camaro, Etc.) Ford passed on the concept and that was the end of the SkyRanger and Professional Auto Crafters."
That ranger may be the most mullet ride of them all. I would literally despise every aspect of that truck if it wasn't for my kickin' mane leading me down the proper path.
