Hey guys click on RJOHNS name and select find posts- click GSX I believe the quote goes.. " Guys like you dig holes for themselves in life by being rude. Most people attempt to be helpful in life and assist others....." Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!!!ou: Most car guys I know are happy for others and appreciate Musclecars in general. Not just one brand, not just one make, but the cars themselves for what they are - rolling art. DON'T POOP ON MY CHEERIOS-- I love em all.:3gears:
Gorgeous ride, I personally have a 74 Javelin 360/4sp (need a place to work on it though...) and I can't wait until I get my own place and can get it going.:TU: It's pretty obvious this place is a bit biased toward BOPs, especially the Bs. Sure beats a civic any day of the year. My GF hates her (stock) civic...p Now I can convince her to get an American car... a late model Regal GS would be nice.ray:
Weeellllllll it is a buick board!! :TU: Thanks for the complement. I also love the under dog cars -Got an AMC myself -hope to get er done myself soon. What are your plans for the Jav ?? Stock- Buick stock- or all out race car??:beers2: :TU:
At the moment it's in the pole barn at Grandma's house. the downside to it she's picky and wants her pole barn clean (why does she need to go out there anyway and make sure it's clean to her specifications- in other words 'no car parts laying around'?) so until I get my own place it'll sit there and every time I go out and look at it I'll sit and stare at it, praying to God that it'll be out of that dark corner soon Once it's out of there... and I can work on it without having to put it all back together the same dayou: , just mechanically streetworthy, then body, then turn the power of the 360 up a few notches with a mild cam and intake. The manifolds are supposed to flow pretty well on the later AMC v8s like mine. And as time, money, etc. provide, I'm sure it'll evolve. No project is every truly done. -Matt p.s. greetings from another Michagander.:beer
