Hi All, Since "the bench" seems to include all things under the sun, I thought I'd put a plug in for a Facebook page I started with a friend. It's called GSX garage. It stands for God, Self, eXperience. A non-frilly self care site that's geared towards men. Seems like most self care is geared towards women, lattes, and yoga on the beach and leaves men out.
