    the date has been set. I'm currently scheduled to bring the car home April 24. WAHOO!!!!!!!!!

    I still need to fix the tailpipe from the accident. And of course install the stripes and GT-37 decals. then the mightaswells - weatherstripping, door and trunk bumpers, package tray, rechromed door handles, etc, etc

    Thanks guys. she's usable, but still lots of things to do. felt great getting seat time in the car again and rowing some gears.
    I even received the first paint chip. On the hood, way in the rear near the windshield. odd spot and I don't recall anything bouncing off the car going down the strip. oh well, it's not a museum piece and I have touch up paint.
