An extension and a wobly socket. If you can see the vacume ball and the fuse box bulkhead , i think thats what its called, the 2 nuts are inbetween them. I have my fender and inner well removed so it was easy to get to. You may have to drop the inner fender well to get to it . 1/2 wrench like a swivel ratchet wrench , or a wobly with extension. You might need to have swivel arms and rotating elbows to get to it though.
