What measurements is it on the PCV valve,
3/8” to the hose and ... to the grommet?

I think it's 1/2". But can't swear. The new one I just got from th local big box was very hard to fit into the grommet from ta, if I would had been thinking I would had just ordered one with it and the intake

The hose that feeds the PCV valve is 3/8"

Thanks. Anyone who knows the size of the other end of the pcv valve?
It's stuck in the grommet so I can't measure myself.

Outlet End Outside Diameter = 0.440 IN (= 11.18 MM)
Outlet End Outside Diameter = 11.18 MM (= 0.440 IN)
So it's the same size on both sides even if the pictures shows two sizes?

Dorman Groomet: Inside Diameter (in): 0.418 In.

//Just noticed that the PCV valve picture doesn’t have the right stamp.

No, .440" = 11.18mm. There is 25.4mm in 1 inch. That is the side that goes into the grommet. The other side goes into the 3/8" I.D. hose (.375")

I'm not sure what you are trying to figure out with this thread? The PCV is a tight fit in the grommet. It is meant to be that way.

I would like to try the Dual Flow PCV valve from M/E Wagner.
But it has 3/8” connections on both sides and our intake manifold pcv grommets are 7/16”.
(Intake manifold hole = 0.94” wide and 0.18” thick)

Would it be possible to find matching grommet or do I have to make an adapter?

Why can’t you just use a stock PCV valve?

I can, but I like the idea.

You LIKE the idea of buying a hundred-plus-dollar PCV valve?

Can I supply you with special $50 PCV filters and $75 PCV hose?

Many write good comments about it, so yes I like the idea of adjustable PCV even if it’s pricy.
