Just thought I’d share the 18” I installed on my 1970 skylark.

    18 x 8.5 with 245/45/18
    19x 9.5 with 265/45/18

Most bigger wheels don't look good on older cars. But you nailed it! Well done.

Just finished up the front susp. added QA1 coilovers, Front upper and lower control arms, BMR swaybar and 11" Wilwood disc brakes

After the holidays full rear will get done with the same treatment.

Wheels and stance look great Brandon! Well done! What wheels are those? And what size tires?

Well done. I have a tired old '72 Skylark that I was considering the same things you've done so I'm Looking forward to hearing your thoughts after you get the rest of the suspension installed.

Wheels are Vision 143 torque 18x8.5 Front and 18x 9.5 rear. Tires for now are 245/45/18 and 265/45/18. When the car is done I'll do a wider rear tire

Thinking of getting that same wheel setup, but what is the backspace on the wheels?

Those look great on there! I’ve got the same wheels, only difference is I went with a 285mm wide tire in the rear.
