1963 Buick Engine Colors

I want to share something that I recieved from buick on 63 engine colors. Now my 63 Wildcat was blue before I painted it the tipical Buick green. I have noticed over the years that unrepainted engines of this year were blue so I wrote Buick and they sent this info.

 

This is a pretty cool find!

 

I have seen a Wildcat convertible with a 2x4 bl 425 and thought it looked really sharp with the red crinkle lid over silver. I thought it was an older incorrect redo but maybe not. I wonder if these colour combinations carried over to '65?

 

Wonder if a 63 Riviera air cleaner will fit in our oven to cure the wrinkle paint!
