Advice please on how to modify my power steering as I think it's to light or touchy on my 1971 GS 350 . Thanks

The fitting in the back of the pump where the pressure line goes has a hole drilled in the center if it.
The bigger the hole the easier the steering effort.
U could change this to a smaller holed fitting and try that.
Usually people want easier steering so they drill it out to the size that hydraboost trucks use.
Also maybe try a larger pump pulley to slow down the pump speed.

Might pay to check your castor angle. Negative castor will lighten the steering, positive gives more effort, and better handling
