GSX 50th Reunion

With 2020 quickly approaching I am wondering if any GSX reunion was being planned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the GSX. The mini reunion in Chicago spurred this question.

Love it. Couldn't make the last one but would sure like to participate in the 50th.

 

I couldn't make the last one either but would love to make this one if I'm still Breathing .

 

I am flattered that you guys think I could set this up. I have had my GSX a long time but I have been to one car show as a participant in my life, so I am basically clueless about car shows. I will help if someone with knowledge and experience steps up to coordinate a 50th GSX reunion.

I believe MCACN is doing something to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1970 Cars.

We plan to have our 70 Stage 1 GS there as well as the "Barn Find" GSX Stage 1 that we're restoring for a customer!

 

The GSX reunion that the BPG had a few years back my be the high water mark for those kind of events......they put a couple years work in contacting owners. About the only event that might pull it off is the GS Nationals......and that's if they have it before October.......

I would like to participate in the 50th anniversary of the 1970 GSX Cars. I hope all the body work and paint will be done on the GSX this winter. I was not able the get the 72 Zone car done in time for the last event. ):

The 2020 BCA Nationals will be in Strongsville, Ohio, July 15-19. Maybe contact them about doing something associated with that meet.

 

I would make the trek no matter the distance to be part of it.

Mine will be done this summer

 

I would bring one or two GSXs.
