I did call the seller this morning I had a lengthy conversation about the car and two other stage ones that he's had in the past 2 years. He told me he would let it go for 20 K and that he paid 18 K for it,now the only one that knows the correct price would be Mike. If you're still interested in the car you may want to send a PM to Mike and he may tell you what he sold the car for. 20 K is a lot of money for non-numbers car that will need a restoration it's had two patch panels above both rear wheels that are bubbling up, now he did tell me the car has its original 364 Posi rear that may help with your decision. PS it's in Oklahoma now. I guy that board it from Mike was originally from Topeka Kansas.
I think its in Omaha not Oklahoma. Anyway I did not sell the car for $18 as I was selling it for $16,500 I did a little less since he was all cash and was prompt.
I didn't figure it would take long to move an authentic '70 Stage 1 car at such an amazing price. I plan on owning one someday.
