So, we wanted to start a theme thread in honor of the almighty Mullet many of us have sported at one time or another, and some are still rocking to this day. This is the place to share those Mustang Cobra IIs, 70s-80s Trans Ams/Camaros, Corvettes with air shocks, 70s Dusters, anything with a shackle kit, and parts like aluminum slots, Auto Drags, Predator carbs, tunnel rams, etc. This thread is truly meant to be FUN, and we'll get some cool vintage parts/cars shared I'm sure. No secret society stuff and not meant to offend anyone, and maybe it'll give some guys who are stuck at home or just bored at work a project to take up their time, like an internet scavenger hunt. Rules as determined in a private meeting by the M.M. 1. Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate and share leads. 2. Only 1 lead shared per member per day, so make sure you pick your most favorite Mulletlicious find before sharing each day. This will help keep the thread under control. Seriously, only post 1 lead per day, please. If you find a 2nd, hang onto it until after midnight or possibly another member will share it before you get to it. 3. You're allowed to comment all you want. No real arguing, please, but feel free to poke fun. 4. No winners or losers, but I'm sure we'll figure out who's got the best find of the day/week/month by comments made. 5. Ummmm......Oh, yeah! Have fun and laugh Again, not meant to be offensive or anything shady going on. Just something we figured would be fun. Without further ado, I figured I'd kick this off with something truly representative of the Mullet Lifestyle in so many different ways: https://statesboro.craigslist.org/cto/d/statesboro-1978-trans-am/7182281593.html 1978 Trans Am - $12,000 (Statesboro) image 6 of 12 © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap 1978 Pontiac Trans Am WS4 condition: good cylinders: 8 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas odometer: 34640 paint color: red size: mid-size title status: clean transmission: automatic type: coupe 1978 WS4 Trans Am, 400 small block, 400 transmission, Edelbrock dual carbs, Mallory ignition and stage control, 2 stage nitrous, B&M shifter, roll cage, clean GA title, not sure if mileage is accurate. LOL just watched Joe Dirt last night with my son (came into town for my birthday : ) he had never seen it somehow. Loved it lol Okay here is my daily mullet contribution.......I’ll look harder next time but not too shabby
m More like ‘when you look out the window of your trailer/apartment/rental house....’ (Been there, done that, had two plus two parts cars in the back yard; duplex neighbor had one, too!). Later I had three in yard of a house I owned-still without a garage. Patrick
Sure here you go. Car looks beat! https://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-Chevrolet-Corvette/193634413677?hash=item2d1582ac6d:g:~6IAAOSwjQRfNDRM
