Im in search for the color code for shadow gray color used on 853 Buick Roadwheels. Some folks say “ charcoal” gray. Its the color code gray painted on 65 Buick Riviera road wheels.
    Thank you so much.

I went through a similar situation when I restored a set of 71 super stock wheels. The color was "Argent" but no actual code existed. So I had to wing it. I'd be curious if it's the same thing on your wheels

CJay, here is what i know, but doesnt make it gospel. Riviera guys loved the 64 Wildcat Buick Roadwheels are Argent Silver. As i understand. The Riviera came out with Buick Wheels for the 65 Riviera which were painted Shadow Gray or Charcoal Gray. ( we have some right good experts on Rivieras and then like anything else those that do not know the answer the question is wrong LOL)

I used Dupli Color Graphite (color) wheel coating and did not look back. That is on the red convertible.

Seymour’s cast blast is also a good color choice and is available at most autozone stores
