Selling complete big block Proform Timing Cover with oil seal, oil pump, booster, and alignment pins already installed. I bought this complete set up some years back new, from Bobb at Finish-Line to keep as a spare. It was never used, I have not disassembled the pump or did any modifications, it was left as is when I bought the Timing Cover new from Finish-Line. Reason for selling, as those who know me I have gotten out of racing around 2020 selling my GS to Willie Wager and only keeping my ’73 Centurion 455 convertible. Brent, the lowest cost came from Fed Ex Home Delivery (ground) site. Figuring doing 18"x16"x7", well packed box, weighs total up to 15 pounds, using your zip with sign delivery receipt and insured. Takes about 7 days. $57 to ship. I will be in BG, if you can't make it and have a friend going he can always pick it up for you.
Boy, shipping prices are really getting high. I wonder how big companies offer free shipping, when things cost that much to ship. Maybe we are making up the price difference for them losing money on the big companies, lol. That is still a reasonable deal for the cover, so I'll take it. I could do paypal or venmo, let me know. Oh yeah my old front end frame with that modified cross member. Gives ya extra room to remove thos deep pans. Glad it went to another good cause!!
Companies get huge discounts on shipping from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. They probably pay half or less than what an individual pays.
