Looks like a real GS455 - U in the vin. There's a piece of paper on the driver's bucket seat that says "numbers match".

Looks like it needs a 1/4 panel for sure.:( What do the body experts say here? Do you think the frame got tweaked on this one? Larry.

    docgsx It's not a GTX

Looks mostly original, even looks like original style radiator cap there. Chunks of Bondo didn't drop out when it got smacked so I would say it's pretty clean and repairable at the right price

It says 24k actual miles. If that's true, the car is totally worth repairing. Looks like mostly the left quarter.

Maybe frame work too (likely). Still if the milage is right and the #'s match, worth it even at that price IMO.

    Hugger should grab it.

I'm sure the frame is smashed in a bit. It may be racked. The car will need a quarter, rear body panel, trunk floor (likely), bumper and brackets, frame straightening / replacement, trunk lid + the roof & the other side quarter may be buckled. The door and fender are damaged, also. The car has a salvage title.

Back seat is buckled, floor pan also. New frame is needed, then a cowl cut shell to finish. 124k

I called COPART and I got to talk to a Indian lady overseas and you've got pay a membership fee that allows you to bid up to 2k, if you want to go over 2k you have to up your membership level with a higher fee? Weird? I told the lady I've bought and sold a lot of cars over my lifetime and this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You can't talk to the owner, can't get any details. Whoever owns this car should post it here, or on FB or somewhere so they connect with the Buyer. Just my opinion, Larry.

I'm pretty sure the owner got paid out on the car and the insurance company owns it.

As the son of a NY used car dealer. when a seller says "24k" actual miles, this should be backed by the history.

In NY when you say 24k actual miles, you better mean it. I have no idea as to the actual history of this car.

I'm pretty sure the people at the shop in Seattle where I am working on my car have access to copart, as I have seen other wrecks with their brand appear...

The weird fee thing Larry described above seems insane, but who knows. It's basically a a salvage auction I suppose?

Looks like a pretty decent and rare car that took a shot. would be cool if someone could rescue it, but it won't be me. Too many projects.
