WOW! An amazing collection of a year that people seemed to either love or hate. I happened to love the '69s. My first car was a "69 GS 400. All original with 78,000 miles and normal Wisconsin rust but in good shape. Bought it from a retired farmer in Hatley, WI for $500. Those were the days! Sold it in college when 12 mpg just didn't work for my budget. Took me 35 years to get another GS but I still love those '69s. Thanks for sharing all the great photos! Wish I knew in advance... Congratulations all. I for one really appreciate the body style. It really has grown on me. I like em a lot now. Very original look for the GM A Bodies for sure.
