1956 Buick Special Convertible. This is a pretty solid unrestored car. Car was from Texas. The car is pretty complete. I will look over it again and list what I see that is missing. I had the motor worked on around 8 months ago and got it running. The engine sounded pretty good but I did not run it on the road so it may have an something I am unaware of. I ran it on jack stands and the rear tires spun when put in gear. It needs brakes and needs to be rewired so I never drove it. The body is pretty solid for being a convertible. The trunk is in nice shape with no rust issues I see. The rockers look good. The the floor has had the piece replaced at the drivers and front passangers feet. Also a small piece of sheet metal was welded in at the rear seat on the drivers side. Also it looks like a piece was welded in on the lower part of the rear quarters again by someone other than me. Frame looks good with surface rust but I don't see any pitting. Car also needs interior and top. Door windows are in it. Rear quarter windows are out but I have them. I have the trim moulding that is missing on the side, plus a couple of extra trim pieces. I have more pictures I will add and I can e-mail you some other pictures that for some reason my computer is not letting me load. Thanks for looking. Car is California titled in my name.
