Well, if you like it, you like it, if you hate it, you hate it. I'm afraid I'm of the later, there are a lot of things that were done to this car that I wouldn't have done. That point regardless, if someone wants a cheap driver from the 50s, this might be it.

I bet the Black lower hides bodywork and avoided painting the whole car

 

Wonder if the original color was gold? The gold they used for the repaint would have hidden body flaws better than the black they went with. You don't see many in gold and I believe the ones I have seen have had white roof instead of the black. The diamond plate door sill plate is a real bonus LOL

 

Looks like they used Tremclad.
