Buy that and all you have to do is find the car! Easy!
The sad thing is, the car is probably getting slammed, frenched, and welded shut; - and an LS is probably going into it. So another Invicta or an Electra bites the dust.

And it hardly looks like an automatic either! That pan thing on the bottom had me confused, but the 'Dynaflow' cast into it was a dead givaway!

Now I'm wondering if those Dynaflow bells can be used to adapt other transmissions to a Nailhead....

OK V8 Buick People: Yes, a 401/closed Dynaflow out of a B-59. I'm thinking of making a play for it as it's close to me. If it runs good and the tranny works it is an excellent buy for 6 bills. But.....it is represented as a core. I still might make an offer. Mitch

Good luck Mitch, maybe you'll also see the car it came out of. At least with your 60 it's a direct drop in if you ever need it.

Thanks Tom. If it was feasible, I suppose someone would have already tried it/done it sometime in the past 50 years!

Just to let everyone know I have a '59/401 bell housing that came out of my '59 Invicta MANY MOONS ago I would sell for the right amount of $$$$ as these are as rare as hens teeth.

OK Tom: I have at least 10 of these bell housings. Why are they so rare? Would it be because one must break it tn order to unfasten torque converter bolts if the engine it's attached to is locked up?? BTW, this was on Facebook Marketplace and i recieved a notice it's no longer available. I did offer $250. The seller countered with $450 or so. Too much for me. Mitch
