looooooow. Don't normally dig green cars, but this one speaks to me. https://houston.craigslist.org/cto/d/houston-bagged-1960-buick-lesabre/6995614506.html?lang=fr&cc=ca If you're going to do a crap spray bomb paint on the engine, at least mask sh*t off! One year only car. 1960 Buick LeSabre Drivetrain is all original with 49k miles. Runs Drives and stops smooth. Still has original paint and interior that both show very well. Same with the chrome. Interior has some tears in it in the cloth, but the cloth can be replaced with the same pattern to keep the originality. Everything still works on it from the speedometer to the factory radio. Paint shows very well. Floors, trunk, and braces are solid. Bagged all around. Glass all in good condition. Rare car, especially in its originality.
I just noticed the embossed "Lesabre" on the door panels under the window crank handle! Too cool, never saw that before. One year only?
That is one thing that is stock. I have the large 1960 Dealership Presentation Album, but that won’t tell us whether it was just for 1960, but if I had to guess I would say you are correct.
OPK V8 Buick People: Unless I saw that thing in the flesh with propler documentation I would pass NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE. A guy had it on the ebay and it supposedly sold and now? Who the hell really knows what's going on with it. The slam job really hurt the price and desirability in my opinion. I would 'a went with the SMS inserts and a power steering conversion myself. Mitch
