-SOLD- 1962 Pontiac Catalina Convertible

    389 cu in/ 303 hp, Muncie 4 spd (originally automatic). It's not a show car, but an older, good refurbishing of a rock solid convertible. The 30+ year old lacquer paint shows its age. Note: Grand Prix badging, interior, grille and tail panel have replaced the Catalina trim parts. (Grand Prix Convertible was only produced in 1967.) The car Located just south of Detroit. $18000.

    I agree with Joe. 61 &62 are my favorite big Pontiacs, and I like the size of the Catalina vs the Bonneville. Sent a PM.

    It was originally a black car. I'm unsure about the original interior color. The red interior is from a 64 Grand Prix.

    Ames Performance has a site - www.forums.maxperformanceinc.com. Ames is the supposed go to Pontiac supplier nowadays. they are in new Hampshire, of all places.

    Good guys to deal with. They have some unique parts and some that interchange with our Buicks.
