I have a 1964 Wildcat and other model used front bumper for sale that is currently being used as a shelf for my oil can collection. We are moving and the new place will not have a place to hang the bumper so it must go. I'd describe the bumper's condition of a fair for driver quality and good for a core for rechroming. There are no rust issues but there are scratches on the right side as shown in the pictures. There are 3 or 4 dents on the bottom between the mounting brackets. I drilled two holes in the license plate area for mounting it to the wall (the only modifications). I'm asking $250 plus the ride. I assume that Greyhound would be the best option. I am willing to wrap it in paper and shrink wrap but do not have time to crate or box it. Bumper is located about 20 miles west of Asheville, NC.
Price lowered to $100 plus shipping in hopes that it will sell before I have to scrap it. I have downsized from over 1200 square feet of garage space down to less than 700 square feet, so this has to go. Makes a good driver quality bumper, core for re-chrome, or a shelf for your garage or man cave.
Wow...those things don't grow on trees....someone will need it....don't scrap it.....wrap it in a tarp and put it behingd the garage of your new place.....someone will love you for that..... Peace WildBill
Price dropped to FREE. You must pick it up in person. Located in Fletcher, NC 28732. I am scheduled to have a two level lumbar spinal fusion in less than 3 weeks. If it hasn't been claimed before December 21 it will have to be scrapped.
Larry, I wish I could but I am preparing for back surgery and just cannot lift/transport the bumper. Maybe you can find another member nearby that can help you with pick-up and shipping? I know there are a few in the Asheville, NC area. The bumper is currently stored in a storage unit and will be scrapped at the end of the month if not removed.
