1965 Gran Sport post car built to the specifications as the second Reynolds '65 Gran Sport. Over $80K invested in this rotisserie restoration.

Did you decide not to part this car out for your convertible?

Did you call Reynolds Buick and talk to Pete's son to see if he may be interested in it it's a great deal.

Don and I spoke last January reflecting on the passing of Pete and his Mom a few years earlier.
They have a wonderful family with great memories. We will always be grateful for being a part
of that celebration, sharing that time with Pete, Don and their family ( along with Jim Bell and
a few of the other old racing guys out there). So much important Buick racing history that is
only now known by a handful of folks.

    Hi,

Is this the replica made a while back or the original second car that was championed by Reynolds?

    This is the tribute car.
I couldn't find the original. Spent a fair amount of time looking for it.
Went through all the DMV archives in CA.

    Hi,

That was what I had thought, but the original paperwork made me wonder.

Enjoyed reading the build on this and other sites. Wish I was in the financial position to add you car to my fleet.

Nice car, good luck with the sale.

    Regards,

Remarkably solid body, solid steel as it came from the factory:
