Can anyone suggest or recommend an aftermarket 4bbl intake for a 340? I'm wondering if one is even offered as my searches have lent little results. Thanks!
Sorry to be the one that tells you that no one makes an aftermarket intake for a sbb 340. If you want a 4 bbl intake you'll have to find a used factory one.
the GS 340 skylarks had the 4bbl version . also check the same year's lesabre more basic models , 340 4bbl option on those I believe also . and if someone has one laying around be sure and check it out good , 300's not the same ( but the iron 4bbl version is worth grabbing if reasonable$$ ) and the 350 is also dif .
Hey Guys, I also am looking for a 4bbl intake to fit a 67 340. Anybody have one for sale? It will go on this white 4 door with Holly EFI and later possibly a single turbo. The build plan is resto mod with suspension ,disc brakes, 200 4R aftermarket AC etc...
You can also use a 300 intake if you have some spacer plates made up. They need to be about 1/2" thick. Jim
