Apparently lots were made without AC, I look at 66-67 Rivi's all the time and see that and think "weird" also. I am interested but need a lot more info and better pics, please post more.
Good clear of everything from all angles, rust? interior issues, I would completely restore this car but need to know to what extent things need to be replaced/repaired, that model and configuration is exactly what I want.......BTW whats the original color and does everything work, windows, antenna etc?
The good the bad the ugly The radio and power antenna do not work. The speedometer just quit a couple of days ago- i think the cable broke. originally silver fern color. Ill get some close up pics and better interior pics this week. Also, i forgot to mention this car was Ziebarted so it has body plugs and tons of undercoating underneath.
I bought a 1966 Riviera GS when I got out of the Army in June of 1970. Mine was a non-AC car. White with a black vinyl top. It was a strato type bench seat with a arm rest. Column shift, black interior, AM/FM stereo radio, 8 track below dash and power windows. It had either a 3:36 or 3:42 posi, I think it was a 3:42. Mine was the 340 hp 425.
