If reassembly and paint are the only things that are required then this may not be a bad deal, - provided all the parts are there to complete it. The moment one has to do any kind of serious body work or mechanical work, the costs start to go up exponentially unless the buyer is capable of doing his own work. This is one of those ying-yang cars; Euphoria about getting a great deal, and deep depression after one realizes why it was so cheap.
