So my wipers have not worked for a very long time. The motor quit and since this is really not driven in the rain I left it. Well I plan on taking a trip in the car of some distance and wanted to get the wipers working. I got a new motor and put it in same thing. I cleaned the firewall under the ground strap. I added a good ground to the switch body directly to the body. So then I check the yellow wire and with the car running I only had 7 volts. So I check voltage across the fuse 13.39 on both sides. So i pulled the connector apart. I ohmed the wire from the fuse box connector to the wiper plug i showed .02 ohms resistance same as with touching both probes together. Also when you turn on the wiper switch the gen light comes on. I dont kniw what else to check any ideas. Thanks Adam

Check the switch ground as well. I know that is a problem with the 70-72 wiper switch. Here's the wiring diagram from the 67 Chassis manual,

Sweet thanks larry that helps I think. I am losing voltage between the fuse box and the wiper motor. I didn't get a chance to work on it tonight. I will chase these wires.
