    You have the space for the indicator needle just not the marking. Low gear will be available. If you can live without the L2 & L1 that's a lot easier than pulling out the cluster. It would be a personal choice.

    I'm not a'skeerd. I got that "Lefty Loosy" thing down pat. The "Righty Tighty" part takes a little longer. :D

    But thanks. I sorta figured since the linkage is "driven" by the transmission detentes, that I would be OK and only need to change the indicator plate, or live with it.

    Besides, I should keep my eye focused out about 1321 feet when I'm moving that lever in that area anyway.
