yes after owning this car since 1981 it's time to let it go.just don't have the time to use it much anymore.this car has a lot of gs nationals and other buick event history.show winner and yes race winner.frame off in 1987 and again in 2007 when I decided to not race it anymore.try to read the spec sheet I loaded but can email more info if needed.has original engine with carb, distributor.trans is long gone as is the original 3.64 posi.has a 12 bolt 3.55 now.have 15x7 road wheels, air cleaner foams new.also have parts to put all back to stock.paint is code 75 fire red with white gsx stripes.you could say it's a tribute or clone but I never did.price is $50,000.obo.

So just wondering? 4000 views but no interest? Is it priced to high? From what I've seen in another post,it's right in the ballpark.going to evil bay at some point...

Per board rules, "commentary will no longer be allowed in someone's ad".

I do think you are on track with your comment.

He's asking for commentary, which as per board rules others cannot supply in the thread.

Could be the price, along with the non-original items factored in as well. Not having watched the market on the 70 Stg 1 4 speed cars, I can't really say where it falls in the current market. But all the views and lack of responses may be a good indicator. It's a great looking GS, and I do like the bench seats, but buckets may be more attractive in the market also.

As stated above, since Dan asked for pricing feedback, it's ok to express our opinions here now.

    Beautiful car.

    My opinion.

    Remove the stripes and spoiler
Put the right wheels on it
Put the 10 bolt back in with correct suspension components

I think that this will interest many more buyers.

The rest is there and its a great car with 3 pedals and the right color too.
