#362, was restored by 1972 Stage 1, James W. He sold it at BJ Las Vegas in 2010, $95,700 including commission. Then it went off the grid.

I thought it went to a buyer in northern Idaho. Who knows, its been 6+ years.

 

I googled #362 and it took to me to the auction results and I recognized it was James's car from the pics and the year and auction.

It did, must have found its way to AZ though.

 

Why would they not replace the missing ram air seal for the engine shots? Beautiful car.

 

The car ran great when it was finished. Stock appearing with Gessler heads and manifolds. AACA National Award winner and multiple Concours Gold awards from 2007-2009. Wish I still had it!

Is that the same car that that we unloaded at "then and now" so many years ago?

If you need another yellow stage 1 X, I have my eye on 2 of them in Florida. I don't think they are registered cars. They have both been off the road for years and years.
